Flowers were beautiful but the communication to a customer needs to be improved. The flowers were not delivered on the day required, and I had to call asking for an update. The person answering the phone answered “hello?” instead of a anticipated “Hi, thanks for calling ______ may I help you?” I continued to have to pry information from the employee about when the flowers were supposed to be delivered. There was no apology or trying to compensate for failing to meet what I paid for. I was told it was a long holiday weekend, so the delivery truck came late, so on and so on. Fine, Murphy’s law, but you should provide a paying customer an update and at least sound apologetic. Also, additional training could be used for professional phone etiquette.

I made a Valentine’s Day order to surprise my girlfriend at work, but then she got the day off! I scrambled to get in touch to change the delivery address, and they made it all the way out on a last minute change. Thank you times a million for your work, she is in love with the flowers and I am so appreciative to everyone I spoke to and who had a hand in helping. Bless you all!!

If I could give a zero I would, ordered flowers for my daughters first mother's day, I received am email that flowers were delivered, my daughter checked Saturday and Sunday, nothing. I called about a dozen times, the lady apologized and said mine was the only one that didn't get delivered, I don't care that 75 were delivered, they have 1 job and that's to deliver flowers on main days the delivery address was only 4.9 miles away, they couldve walked it there, I'd say definitely go with someone else, I disputed the charge with my credit card company

*Update - I disputed this with my credit card company hoping to at least have the charges refunded but the owner of this local florist lied and said they delivered the corsages to me knowing full well how hard it will be for me to prove that I am not in possession of the merchandise. What horrendous business ethics. I try to shop local as much as possible but situations such as these leave a nasty taste in my mouth. Shame on you!! I ordered and paid for 3 prom corsages over the telephone. The owner said she would try to have them for me during her Thursday (prom was Friday) deliveries or by Friday 2pm the latest. When I didn’t hear from her on Thursday, I called first thing on Friday morning. We made arrangements to meet at 3pm at the Belle Hall CVS but she did not show up. She sent my calls straight to voicemail and asked me to text her which I did but she didn’t respond to any of those either. She charged my credit card for the full amount and she wouldn’t refund me even though I sent her a text saying that I understand that these things sometimes happen. It’s very disappointing when things like this happen!!
